Who I am

This site, jordansboxof.xyz, and everything on it are made and run by Jordan, trading as youspiritually ("I", "me"). For anything about these terms or your data, write to jordanyoungnoel@gmail.com.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and me. You accept them by ticking the box below while signed in; that acceptance is what lets you play the members' games and download the tools. You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian knows you are agreeing to them.

Who owns the work

All of it — software, source code, compiled code, games, physics and rendering, designs, graphics, text and this site — is © Jordan. All rights reserved. It was made with Claude, Anthropic's AI model; that credit describes how the work was made and gives no one else any right in it. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Copyright notices and credits must stay where they are.

The tracks are from Free Rider. The tracks that come with twomoretimes — the nine on the start list and the 178 in its library — are Free Rider tracks, drawn by Free Rider players and shared by the community as track codes, converted to run on twomoretimes' own physics. They were collected from olistracks.weebly.com, from Trackmill.com (through the Internet Archive's copy of it) and from freerider.2.free.fr, and each one shows its creator's name in the library wherever the source recorded it. They are not mine and I claim no ownership of them: they belong to the people who made them and to Free Rider, and I hold no licence from Free Rider. I make no profit from them in any way — this site is free, has no ads and sells nothing. If you made one of these tracks, or speak for Free Rider, and would like it credited differently or removed, email jordanyoungnoel@gmail.com and it will be done.

What you may do

While you keep to these terms, I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, which I may withdraw, to:

  • Play-only works — the members' games, such as twomoretimes: play them on this site, in your own browser, for your own enjoyment. That is all. They are not offered for download in any form: no executable, desktop, offline or source version of them is licensed to you, and these terms give you no right to obtain, keep or run a copy of one anywhere else.
  • Downloadable programs — only those offered for download on their own page, such as Sniper: download, install and run them, read their source code where it is included, and change them for your own use on your own devices.

Whether a work is play-only or downloadable is decided by me and shown on its page. Anything not offered for download is play-only.

Tracks, settings and saves you make yourself are yours. They are kept in your own browser or on your own machine.

What you may not do

  • Copy, share, redistribute, publish, sell, rent or sublicense any of the work, in whole or in part, in any form — original or modified, source or compiled.
  • Download, extract, save, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer a play-only work's code or data; obtain, keep, run or pass on any executable, desktop or offline version of one, however it reached you; or host it anywhere else.
  • Repurpose, adapt, port, clone or build on any of the work — its code, physics, rendering, levels, art, design or the way it plays — to make something else.
  • Copy code, designs, assets or text out of the work into any other project or product, open source or not.
  • Use the work, or anything taken from it, to build, train or test AI models or datasets.
  • Get around the sign-in, the terms or any other access control, or let anyone else use your account.
  • Remove or change any copyright notice, credit or mark of who made the work.

These restrictions apply except where the law gives you a right that a contract cannot take away.

What is recorded, and why

I am the controller of the personal data described here.

  • What: which service you signed in with (GitHub, Google or Microsoft) and the anonymous record id this site is given for your account; the version of these terms you accepted and when; your IP address and browser details at that moment; and the same details each time you play a members' game or download a file.
  • Not your email address or name: the sign-in service passes them to this site so the page can say who you are signed in as, but they are never written down — not with your agreement, not with your plays or downloads, and not in my own statistics. Records made before 10 October 2026 had them, and they have been removed.
  • Why: to provide the games and downloads under this agreement, and to prove who agreed to what, so that the work's copyright and these terms can be enforced. The legal bases are performing our agreement and my legitimate interest in protecting my work.
  • Where: stored in Microsoft Azure. GitHub, Google and Microsoft handle the sign-in itself under their own privacy policies. Game saves, tracks and settings stay in your browser and are never sent to me.
  • Never: sold, shared for marketing, or used for advertising. There are no ads and no third-party trackers.
  • How long: while your account is in use, and for six years after your last sign-in — the period in which a claim under this agreement can be brought — or longer only if it is needed for a claim already under way. Then it is deleted.
  • Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to take a copy with you, by emailing jordanyoungnoel@gmail.com. Because your email address is not kept, include your record id — it is shown at the top of this page while you are signed in. Deleting your acceptance ends your access. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Ending

If you break these terms, your licence ends straight away, you must stop using the work and delete any copies you have, and I may close your access. You can stop at any time, and ask me to delete your data as described above. The record of your agreement may be used as evidence of what was agreed.

No guarantees

Everything here is free and provided as it is, without any promise that it will work for a particular purpose, without errors or without interruption. Downloaded tools write files where you tell them to: keep backups. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

If these terms change, they get a new version, and you will be asked to agree again before you play or download. Earlier agreements stay on record, kept as described above.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
